While our existing infrastructure sees hundreds of hours of high end cinematic footage ingested, securely backed up and archived, meticulously edited in offline and expertly crafted during color/online - our newest venture involves a dedicated approach to supporting AVID-based long-form editorial projects by building out an AVID certified infrastructure supported and designed by industry veterans.
REMOTE EDITING & AVID
This high-performance environment supports a growing trend in the production industry - the “in-home” edit system.
By using remote desktop solutions - editors, assistant editors, producers, and directors can access a secure Mac-based edit client connected to state-of-the-art AVID Nexis storage to facilitate the offline editing phase of a project requiring an AVID workflow - namely long-form and narrative productions. All the remote operator needs is an internet connection with minimal bandwidth. Custom kit rentals for at-home use are available and easy to set up with the help of our friendly post-production department.

The number of our editing clients is already growing and has been outfitted to stand up to the rigorous demands of editorial in either HD or UHD editing workflows. The editing operation consists of newly procured Mac based "workhorses" with the latest and greatest advancements in processor and GPU technology to handle your day to day multi-cam editing or offers bursts of speed with high performance rendering.

Our enterprise level diverse internet all but guarantees a high speed, secure and dependable connection. Media can be either uploaded from or downloaded to our environment with rapid speed to ensure productions are able to keep up with steady streams of dailies or other forms of assets.
REMOTE COLLABORATION
Software integrations like Evercast allow editor and producer to be connected in a traditional "over the shoulder" editing environment by bringing the edit session into a zoom style meeting. Those in the screening room can collaborate in real time with their team members while screening a high quality stream from the chosen editing application.
